On its surface, Bulls is a comedy about two best friends from a small town in Indiana, who own a struggling bar, play on their mediocre pub dart team and get a chance to play for the World Darts Championship. It's a story of how a community rallies around two of their own, and shows them that through friendship, dedication and hardwork, that not only is the impossible probable, but that "the world is what we make it."
